Slots.LV Casino - Account disabled and holding funds
I have deposited and withdrew over $5,000 with out any issues from Slots LV until my most recent withdraw request. It started around July 10th. I made a withdraw request for $2500. About 3 days later I received an email saying my account was disabled due to suspicious activity. I got on chat and they said I just needed to verify my account. On July 13th I submitted my verification documents (ID with selfie, recent utility bill) I received a confirmation email that it was received. A few days to by and I received nothing, so I got in chat again. They agent said my account was verified and it was good to go. I tried to log in and then it didn’t work, he advised he is finishing up the last few steps. The chat then got disconnected. The site was down for about an hour and then I was able to get someone back again. This time they advised my account is still under investigation for potential fraud and could provide no further information.
A few more days go by and I spoke to a gentleman from the investigations team. He asked me about my account, recent gameplay, deposits, method of deposit etc. I answered all questions and he said thank you and they will be in contact with me in 24-48 hours. That time passes and I try chat again, after talking with the investigator I have had no help or contact from them since. Some agents on chat said they see my documents were received and my account is in the final stage and should be open soon. And then some agents say they don’t see my documents have been received. I then resent my verification documents to them again. Received another confirmation email that it was received. It has been 30 days. And I have been told my account Case has been escalated, I have been promised I would be contacted in 24-48 hours atleast 20 times. I have been told about 10 times a call back was put in.
I have received zero information as to what is going on with my account. Chat agents say “it is being handled by another team and they are currently unavailable, I advise to wait for an email” and that is as far as I’ve gotten. I’ve spoken to about 5 supervisors on chat. I have $5,000 in my account which isn’t being held, and my account is still disabled and I’ve not been informed on any further information. So, 30 days. No answer or update, no contact from them, no money received.
