Slots.LV Casino - Account disabled and holding funds


I have deposited and withdrew over $5,000 with out any issues from Slots LV until my most recent withdraw request. It started around July 10th. I made a withdraw request for $2500. About 3 days later I received an email saying my account was disabled due to suspicious activity. I got on chat and they said I just needed to verify my account. On July 13th I submitted my verification documents (ID with selfie, recent utility bill) I received a confirmation email that it was received. A few days to by and I received nothing, so I got in chat again. They agent said my account was verified and it was good to go. I tried to log in and then it didn’t work, he advised he is finishing up the last few steps. The chat then got disconnected. The site was down for about an hour and then I was able to get someone back again. This time they advised my account is still under investigation for potential fraud and could provide no further information.

A few more days go by and I spoke to a gentleman from the investigations team. He asked me about my account, recent gameplay, deposits, method of deposit etc. I answered all questions and he said thank you and they will be in contact with me in 24-48 hours. That time passes and I try chat again, after talking with the investigator I have had no help or contact from them since. Some agents on chat said they see my documents were received and my account is in the final stage and should be open soon. And then some agents say they don’t see my documents have been received. I then resent my verification documents to them again. Received another confirmation email that it was received. It has been 30 days. And I have been told my account Case has been escalated, I have been promised I would be contacted in 24-48 hours atleast 20 times. I have been told about 10 times a call back was put in.

I have received zero information as to what is going on with my account. Chat agents say “it is being handled by another team and they are currently unavailable, I advise to wait for an email” and that is as far as I’ve gotten. I’ve spoken to about 5 supervisors on chat. I have $5,000 in my account which isn’t being held, and my account is still disabled and I’ve not been informed on any further information. So, 30 days. No answer or update, no contact from them, no money received.

Good Morning,
I appreciate the reply. I would just appreciate some transparency in the situation. As I have been provided a “time frame” several times. I was told numerous times that investigations usually take 7-10 business days and the fact that I’ve been told countless times I would receive a call back in 24-48 hours and I get nothing is just frustrating. I don’t even know why my account is suspended after the verification documents I supplied. I was told that’s why it was disabled and then it turned into the investigation. I’ve only been told “it is being handled by another team and I don’t have any info and they currently are not available”. I have used the sister sites like Bovada for a good amount of time and have had no issues with anything. This was my last resort effort to try to find out some sort of information as I just simply cannot take being on chat support for an hour at a time every day for a month, to be told the team who handles it hasn’t given an update and can’t be reached at the moment. Again, I appreciate your reply and your time and any further information as to what is even going on and why this is happening would be awesome. I just don’t like the feeling of the money that I won after spending over a thousand is being held. I would appreciate my money. I would kindly request my withdrawal to be processed and the investigation can continue for whatever reason it is. Thank you.

Account disabled after withdrawal and verification delays despite multiple submissions
My account with Slots.lv has been disabled since February 14, immediately after my $950.78 withdrawal was declined without any explanation. Since that moment, I have complied with every request, submitted every document multiple times, and followed every instruction given to me. Despite this, Slots.lv has provided no meaningful update, no timeline, and no justification for the ongoing delay.

Verification Submissions (Documented and Confirmed):
• February 14: First full submission (ID front/back, ID selfie, proof of address)
• February 14: Two follow‑ups asking if documents were received
• February 24: Second submission / follow‑up with attachments
• February 27: Third submission implied (casino confirms documents under review)
• March 5: Fourth submission (explicit resubmission of all documents)
• March 6: Fifth submission (attachments included again)

Every submission was clear, full‑page, and fully legible. There is no reasonable basis for claiming otherwise.

Despite this, I continued receiving repetitive, generic responses stating that my account was “under review,” with no explanation for why the review was taking weeks instead of the 24–48 hours repeatedly promised by Slots.lv.

On March 6, Slots.lv Financial Services confirmed that my documents were received and forwarded to their Security Team. No reason was provided for this escalation, no details were offered, and no timeline was given. My account has now been disabled for weeks with no transparency and no progress.

For context, I am a verified player on multiple major platforms, including VIP‑level accounts elsewhere, such as BVX (invite‑only). I have never experienced verification delays anywhere close to this length on any other site. The issue here is not my documentation — it is the casino’s lack of communication and failure to follow its own stated timeframes.

Slots.lv declined my withdrawal, disabled my account immediately afterward, and has since provided nothing but vague, repetitive messages. This is not standard practice, and it is not acceptable.

Requested Resolution:
• Completion of the verification/security review
• Restoration of my account access
• Reprocessing of my $950.78 withdrawal
• Release of any eligible funds

I have cooperated fully and repeatedly. At this point, I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance because Slots.lv has failed to provide any reasonable explanation or resolution despite multiple submissions and multiple follow‑ups over several weeks.
