Slots.Lv Casino - Promised cash out in 3 days, locked my account instead and cancelled $9500 withdrawal

Today, as I received an email with this message:

"Withdrawal Reference Number 110548778 Thank you for your recent withdrawal request dated Mon, Mar 13, 2017 for the amount of US$ 9500.00. At your request your withdrawal has been cancelled. If you require any further assistance or have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. Sincerely, slots.lv Withdrawals Team"

When I try to log into my account, I am met with the exact same message and I not allowed entry into my account. I NEVER requested for this cash out to be cancelled. When I first requested this cash out, my account was locked and I was asked to go through a verification process, sending in my ID and talking several times on the phone to financial services before they finally told me my identity was successfully confirmed and reopened my account, allowing to attempt my withdrawal again. I was told I would be receiving my withdrawal in $2500 increments every 3 days. The first $2500 came 3 days later, on the 16th. Since then, 8 days later, I had still not received a second installment of withdrawal and now today I was told "I" cancelled my withdrawal and I am now locked out of my account so I cant even take screen shots to verify any of this. When I contacted Slots.lv they only would tell me they are conducting an investigation?!? I used a bitcoin welcome bonus for my initial deposists and on my 3rd or 4th try I ran good won around 30k. I have carefully read all their terms and conditions WHICH I HAVE VIOLATED NONE. They told me my identity was verified! What the hell is going on here?
