I was given no deposit no wagering free spins where the only rule was 50$ max cash out. I got to 50$ made a withdrawal request. 2 days later the asked for extra documents even though I was already verified and had made deposits prior, anyways I gave the bank statement to make my bank withdrawal.2 days later it was accepted (4 days delay) I was told to make another request for bank withdrawal, 2 days later it failed (6 days delay). I was told to enter the withdrawal data correctly even though I already had anyways I did.

2 days later it failed (8 days delay). I was then requested to make withdrawal via other means and had to reactivate my old debit card even though I didn't want to. I did and made another withdrawal request. 2 days later it was denied (10 days delay). They then asked for pictures of my mastercard. At this point I was absolutely livid. Anyways I supplied what they asked. 2 days later they accepted the again further requested kyc document (12 days delay). I then made my withdrawal request to my debit card. It was accepted, 2 days later it was failed (14 days delay).I rang my bank, there was absolutely no issues found on there end.

I have been mucked around by this casino back and forth to the point of boiled rage to the point it has affected my health, and the next good win I get I intend to pay a lawyer and file a lawsuit if i cant get this sorted. I have never in my life been mucked around by a casino to the point the stress has actually affected my health like this.

I'm verified to 10 casinos and play on a further 40-50 here and there they clearly are refusing any and all means of withdrawal and there support is only available 5-6hrs a day and its nearly impossible to get through to them and when you do, they are completely helpless and send replies that feel copy pasted (almost like talking to a bot). Please help me, I honestly don't know what to do I've been taken for an absolute ride.
