I did a complaint on support on robocat that my withdrawal from 02.07.2025 isnt arriving after nearly 4 weeks the support keeps giving me the same excuses and I didn't abuse any bonus or freespins so just deposited 70 euros to robocat. After not getting any good wins I wanted to withdraw the 50 euros I got left into my wallet but they keep declining my withdrawal. The support is giving me the same excuses over and over It's frustrating not getting a withdrawal 3-5 days. That's what they say is normal for robocat but after 4 weeks I'm nervous that robocat is holding my money so long. I think this casino is not legit at all. Please check the screenshot below.
