I was approved withdrawal request March 2017. Since then there has been no payment, every time I speak with someone from Cool Cat nothing but excuses. Processing checks are delayed, surely next week, resubmit paperwork, this has been escalated 3-4 times, nothing ever gets sent. Now there are issues with Bitcoin, their actions indicate evasive tactics and no intent to pay out legitimate winnings.
