Unfairly Reduced & Delayed Payment

Hello. I attempted to make a withdrawal on 3/28 and 4/1 for a total of $4,500. Some of that money was won after a bonus in which my play through requirements were met long before the withdrawal request. After two weeks of “pending payment” $1700 was rejected in their claim that the withdrawal was adjusted to the max payout of the bonus. As I recall the max was more than $800 which is what they are currently trying to settle for. I reached out several times via email in the past couple weeks and then again last night after I received the email telling me they are adjusting payment. Responses are vague and take days to get. The financial chat team has yet to be online any time I try to get a hold of them, and their response time has been ridiculous. Currently they owe me $4500, they are claiming it’s $2800, and either way after a couple weeks we haven’t even begun the verification process. All payments still say “pending” and I can’t get any answers. Please help me recover my money. I am more than $2800 into winning the $4500, won it fair and within their rules, and now I am being taken advantage of. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

After multiple emails, still no response. Asked for the reasoning behind unjustly lowering my payout and why after several weeks the payout is still "pending" and cannot get a response to that either. NOBODY will talk to me on this matter. Waited twenty minutes this evening in the queue for the online chat (first time I have seen the finance department online), and then before I could talk to anyone the chat ended and they were offline again. I started the chat at 5:24pm and the the chat ended at 5:41pm without ever getting to talk with anyone at all and asking me to leave a message. This is absolutely ridiculous and I really need some help.
