Unfairly Reduced & Delayed Payment
Hello. I attempted to make a withdrawal on 3/28 and 4/1 for a total of $4,500. Some of that money was won after a bonus in which my play through requirements were met long before the withdrawal request. After two weeks of “pending payment” $1700 was rejected in their claim that the withdrawal was adjusted to the max payout of the bonus. As I recall the max was more than $800 which is what they are currently trying to settle for. I reached out several times via email in the past couple weeks and then again last night after I received the email telling me they are adjusting payment. Responses are vague and take days to get. The financial chat team has yet to be online any time I try to get a hold of them, and their response time has been ridiculous. Currently they owe me $4500, they are claiming it’s $2800, and either way after a couple weeks we haven’t even begun the verification process. All payments still say “pending” and I can’t get any answers. Please help me recover my money. I am more than $2800 into winning the $4500, won it fair and within their rules, and now I am being taken advantage of. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
