GoWild Casino - Refusing to close my account

this casino has been a nightmare since I joined a month or so ago, first in was the withholding of my deposits, very time I used poli, live help wasn't any help instead they tried to bullie me into opening an ewallet, I dislike ewallets and live help had the nerve to ask me to explain why I don't like using ewallets, then came the bogus offers of free spins that u never get , of match bonus's that are never what u were offered before u made the deposit, so am fed up and request that my account be closed, live help says they cant do close my account , I have to send an email to management, so I do, then they reply saying they sorry to hear am CONSIDERING closing my account and say they had added 50 free spins, I replied stating again that I was not CONSIIDERING closing my account, I WANTED it closed , they still have not closed it !!! isn't that against the law of casinos ? don't they have to close accounts when request ?

Go wild has, after I lodged this complaint, finally closed my account, what a nightmare dealing with them was ! thank you askglambers
