Refused Payments Claiming I did not make a Deposit


This casino maliciously refused multiple payouts that I won fairly. Please note: before I utilized each free chip I made real money deposits to this casino totaling $595. The first $100 payout was refused because they failed to state in their terms and conditions that I was not allowed to play a little blackjack with the spare money off of a free chip - I had $135 balance after winning a $100 free chip ($35 was not redeemable) so I wanted to play down the balance back to $100 for fun before withdrawing; the payment was then declined even though I only requested a withdrawal for what the free chip was worth - $100. I had another free chip win (after losing $250 off real money deposits) declined because I had the aforementioned free chip as a requested withdrawal; again this casino states no where that a free chip is not valid if you have a requested withdrawal specifically from a free chip (which in my case was declined anyway). After making another real money deposit and losing it all again and having no requested withdrawals, I beat another bonus and checked with both online support as well as a VIP representative who both confirmed that I fairly won the bonus only to have it declined two weeks later; I asked the online support and they claimed that I made no real money deposits at their casino as in I have never made a deposit since opening my account. I know for a fact that my credit card was charged and I had to pay the bill for each of my deposits totaling $595 and definitely played games on their site only to have them take my money and then tell me flat out that they have no record of any of my deposits. I have attached a file which shows a portion of my credit card statement with the full list of all real money deposits made at this casino proving I did in fact make multiple real money deposits contrary to Cool Cat's record of none. This "casino" has no right doing business of any kind until it owns up to the fact that it has to pay it patrons when they have legitimately won.

I've looked into this for you and yes, we will honor your withdrawal request. There is a max withdrawal limit of $100, which has been approved. Please keep in mind that the payment can take up to 10 business days with processing before being issued.

Payment being delayed repeatedly
I requested a $2,000 withdrawal on April 6th with coindraw. During that week prior, I had spent nearly one thousand dollars at this casino. I had recently become a v I p member and for reasons not disclosed, one day before the deadline of them approving my withdrawal, they deducted my vip status. They then made me cancel my first withdrawal.Because coin draw is not available to those who are not vip. So I canceled my withdrawal and requested it again on april tenth in the amount of seventeen hundred dollars. After the deadline of 10 days had come and gone without payment, I contacted the representatives and had this issue Escalated. After another ten day deadline, it had still not been paid so they requested another escalation. They told me they had 24 to seventy two hours and that this issue would be resolved.However the seventy two hours had come and gone without resolution, and I contacted them yet again. This time, the response was, they would respond to me by friday. And then sent an email telling me that it would be another 7 to ten days and that it was being reviewed. Mind you this withdrawal had already been reviewed and approved after the first escalation had come and gone.

I have try to contact people in chat and I keep getting the same runaround answers. They keep telling me they escalated it. I'm highlighted for the soonest payment. And I was supposed to be paid in the next batch of payments yet now I find myself waiting for another review and another 7 to ten days, in which case they'll just make me escalate it again and wait another 24 to 76 hours.

I sincerely just would like the amount approved Initially over a month ago but thus far have been refused help and refused connect me to a supervisor or anybody else in the payment division
