Refusing to pay my money

I am honestly tired of this casino’s lies and useless support.

I won money on this casino and deposited using both my MiFinity account and my bank card, as clearly shown in the screenshot I provided. But when I try to withdraw, every single withdrawal method is greyed out and locked, and all of them say “this method is not available.”

I contacted live chat support and they apologized, said they would fix the issue, and told me I would receive an email. For a moment I thought the support was actually helpful, but nothing was fixed at all.

I had to contact support again, and they gave me the same nonsense instructions about clearing cache, cookies, changing browser, etc. I did everything they asked and the problem is still there because this is clearly an issue on their side, not mine.

I wasted over an hour in live chat and they resolved absolutely nothing. I am tired of being misled and given false promises instead of actual help.

Please make them fix this issue properly and stop blaming the customer for their own technical problems.

I have made 500€ withdrawal request on 28.01.2026. Boaboa terms state that payment takes to three business days. They should have been paid out already. When I contact support they send me always the same answers that there is delay due to many withdrawals and will be processed soon or something like that but nothing happens.
Such delay is unacceptable.
On verification site it says that my account is verified.
Please help.

I am trying to make a withdrawl of 500 EUR from BoaBoa casino since the 17th of the November. The casino claims to process all withdrawl requests within a maximum of three business days. I tried to reach out multiple time to their customer support but I just get put off constantly. Can you please help?

I deposited in Boaboa in early December 2018. Deposited around 7K in the begging and reached to 30K.
I asked via chat and Via email to put my account on deposit and playing limits as I am addicted to gambling and I will loose all- their answer was they dont have such function. I was actually begging them to put my account on hold so I dont play my winnings, but no result.They have 0 responsible gambling features.
1. On 12.12.2018 I lost all that I won and my deposits and sent them email to close my account permanently.
2. AS per their terms they should have closed it within 24hrs, but of course not done, well knowing that I am addicted they stared attracting with VIP club and cash backs.
3. On 13.12.2018 I was sure my account is closed, as per my instructions sent to them, but as gambler I wanted to recheck and tried to deposit again and it worked and I started depositing more and more, they were giving cash back bonus and I lost all I had.
4. Now I want to get at least my deposits back from date 13.12.2018 which are in total EUR 13,174. I have all the transactions to Tranello holding highlighted in my bank statements from date 13.12.2018. 3 Bank accounts
Hellenic bank in total eur 6534
Bank of Cyprus personal account in total eur 5360
Bank of Cyprus my company account in total eur 1280
5. On 19 January 2018, when I lost everything already they closed my account

I am sending all attachments via email, if you require more proofs please let me know instead of rejecting my complain, as it takes time to submit.

So to make a long story short. 2 weeks ago i won 7.5k on Boaboa. My account is verified and everything is in order.
Since then i have been asking to get my withdrawals payed out of course. First they started with a payment of 1000 euro. Which was pretty fast. Considering what i experienced in the upcoming weeks. So First they said i need to wait and they made me a withdrawal schedule of 2 times 1000 euro that week. The first on 6/11 and the second on 9/11 The first one didnt get paid on 6/11 but on 7/11 and the second one didnt get paid on 7/11 aswell. They send me a mail on 7/11 that it will be sent on monday 12/11. I am writing this complaint now and didnt recieve anything till now. On friday they decided to cancel all my pending withdrawals and asked me to splitt everything in 300 euros. Today (12/11) they send me another withdrawal schedule 3 times 300 euro spread over more then a week. If they going to pay me at that rate means im going to have to wait 2 months the get every single withdrawals. Ofcourse if they keep to their shedule which they never have before... So my end conclusion is I want my money this week and being paid all out. They are also talking about their terms which are ridicilous since the max withdrawal limit is a min of 10000 euro a month and i only withdraw 7500. I still need 5500 euro till this day. And i want it this week.

I've deposit smoothly 750 € in this casino using a debit mastercard. I have made 450 € on winnings so I wanted to cash out. Surprisingly They do not accept Bank Transfer although it is on their cashier as an option. The problem Is that my debit card is geo blocked so I can't receive any payment from Curaçao ( I do can from other Casinos in Spain). I have requested a fair solution from their side but so far they aren't responding. Thanks for your help to get through.

Hi, I won a couple a days ago 10.035 SEK, then i got an e-mail from the casino asking me to provide them with my full transactions history of my Skrill wallet for last 6 months. I answered them that Its was not the casinos buisness to see the history of every purchased i have done last 6 month i have done from my Skrill wallet, that its private what i do with my money, that its too sensitive personal information. Then i got an answer that they wanted me too provide them with my full transactions history of my Skrill wallet for last 3 months, not 6 months like before. I answered "Why? I have allready told you that information i will not send because its too personal sensitive information. I have never been ask for such documents you asking for anywhere else. You have received all other documents from me so you can see that i own the Skrill wallet account and i have send you bank account/card information so you can see where i deposit from on my wallet. I have also send you all my transaction history of all my deposits from skrill to Boaboa" I dont know what to do, i have send them all other documents they asked for. The casino dont answer why they want my full transactions history of my Skrill wallet for last 3 months. I think that nobody can ask you for those documents, its very sensitive personal information where i spend my money, its no ones buisness, right?
