I am trying to make a withdrawl of 500 EUR from BoaBoa casino since the 17th of the November. The casino claims to process all withdrawl requests within a maximum of three business days. I tried to reach out multiple time to their customer support but I just get put off constantly. Can you please help?

thank you very much. So far I can see that after 12 days my withdrawal request got approved. However the money still did not arrive at my bank account. I will inform you here when the transaction is completed.
