Requested $350 win as withdrawal through Neteller once account showed no bonus left & all was withdrawable as cash. Waited 10 days, it was declined. I made a deposit (didn't claim any bonus) - played again, won again, requested $350 withdrawal, waited another 10 days & it was again declined. Played off $100 & requested $250 withdrawal & still waiting for response. In between times, made a deposit, played through a bonus & requested a second $350 withdrawal ... Have not had a response yet (approximately 10 days ago). Have tried the chat line - unable to wait the time period for an operator. Have sent emails requesting a response, received an automated response saying they will be in contact in one business day & no response received in last 6 days. Sent another email asking for a response in writing & again only received automated response.

I've looked into your issue and I see that we don't have the necessary documents to complete your withdrawal. I know one of our Escalations Manager's has sent you an email requesting these documents--please check your email folders for this.

In the meantime, here is what we'll need to receive:

The completed authorization form relating to MC ending ***4542

A copy of a current utility bill

A copy of a Government issued picture ID (valid drivers license or passport)
