I have been trying to redeem my sweep cash for seven days. Every time I message customer service, they send me the same message over and over again telling me that they’ve sent the information to irrelevant team and I’d be contacted within 72 hours.

It’s been seven or eight days, and every message I send, I get the same response and no help.

My account was restricted after I won $12,000 or 12,000 sweeps cash, whatever you wanna call it, and they gave me tons of problems verifying my account. They’ve sent me multiple emails saying that my account is fully verified and I can now redeem my sweepstakes cash, but that’s not true.

They continue to push me around and go in circles and basically just make me feel like helpless so worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with there’s no solution to the problem I’m presenting to them and it’s next to impossible to get a hold of anybody on there and they mock you in their responses so bad experience.

I hope this handout because I’m really, really frustrated.
