I have a $250 gift card redemption and 2 $5000 redemption on hold with pulz. My account was verified successfully but I'm being accused of using a card that does not show any pulz transactions on the statement. I was told to send copies of the cards which is impossible because one card was lost and replaced and the other card is from a old cashapp account which a card Ali used was connected to. I need proof from them that I made payments with that card because it's not showing on the bank statement. It's been 3 months and I'm not getting anywhere with this. Everything I contact them I'm getting the same response which is to send copies of cards and I sent the one I had and still no response. Pulz if there is another billing name besides the one listed in your website please let me know so I can accept my loss and move on.
