'Investigating' my account for over 3 months


Hello.
I have a complaint about b-bets.com. Condor Curaçao N.V.
My username on b-bets.com is Andrestvk.
A couple of months ago I was lucky and I won some money.
I have requested payment 647 euro, it was 17.08.2017. After providing all the documents needed for verification. My account was closed without explanation. They said they are investigating. It was 31.08.2017. They are investigating still!!!
I never broke their rules and is ready for any audits. But from company b-bets.com there are no queries for more than a 3 month.
I think that they don't want to pay my winnings. Can you help me?

AskGamblers Complaints Team have been provided with valid evidence on behalf the management of b-Bets Casino where it is clearly displayed that player had opened more than one account. Player by these actions violated general casino term #47, #48

47. Each Player is allowed to open only one Account per person, family, household, IP address and email address. Use of more than one Account per physical Player is known as “multi-accounting” and as such is strictly forbidden.

48. In the event that We suspect that a Player is opening multiple accounts by using the same or similar names, address, telephones, email addresses, same or similar dynamic IP addresses, computer or other devices, with the intent of defrauding or cheating, We reserve the right to close an Account or Accounts at any time and to cancel all the transactions, bets, waive winnings and deduct bonuses from all relevant Accounts.


Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is now officially closed. In case of a disagreement with our decision we remind player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant licensing authority responsible for b-Bets Casino.

Dear Andrey,

As you have been informed by our support team, your account with us has been closed because our system detected multiple accounts using the same IP address.

This is a clear violation of our terms and conditions. In which we clearly state only one account per household is permitted.

When this happens we run an investigation into the involved accounts. We allow the holders of the accounts to proof their uniqueness. Unfortunately we cannot be certain that the accounts involved are unique.

Of which we have submitted proof to AskGamblers. We would like allow them some time to overlook this and leave the decision with them.

This complaint has been reopened as per b-Bets Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.
