Requested a withdrawal of 10000 on 19th April 21.. I'm a vip so I can request that amount.. that ran for 3.5 weeks before I cancelled it to start a new withdrawal on 7th may.. which the same as the 19th April withdrawal.. its been delayed. I have been on the chat phone calls emails for the last month for both scenarios.. I receive the usual oh we have a small delay to yes it is approved you will receive the funds in 24 hrs.. I ask to speak with my vip host but never happens. I email accounts to ask what is happening.. No reply..

I am terrified because I have $172,000 in this account. I do not know what to do next

Thankyou to pokie place for releasing my withdrawal made on 7th may..
In the attached image of the confirmation which also mentions that the delay issue is still ongoing and yet to be resolved.

Will confirm when this payment arrives
