So i gave a faith of hope to another Rival Casino- Crazy Luck and receive calls from Harry that he said that he is my friend and will take care of me, so as a gullible as i am i played. He was giving me some good bonuses and low playthroughs, then one day, I won! This bonus was a no max bonus and I was up $6000, then knowing i finished all the requirements, I went to the cashier to cash out, but the UPAY card only allowed for $1000 increments. I figured that is ok and i will process 6 x$1000 withdrawals. Then the moment after i processed my first $1000, my balance disappeared. Then looking at the promotion i was playing it was changed to a max cashout. Funny... really not funny this exact same scenario happened at Casino Royal Club and i will not play there again. So back to my story. Ok then i tried to chat or contact Harry, all of a sudden is is on leave for 5 days, so Marco take over and promises me that i will at least get my $1000 winnings and then asks me to split up the withdrawal into two $500 and i will get my money quicker. Since i do need the money and will take what ever i can, i do change my withdrawal. They did send me the first after a few days, but now it has been over 19 days and the other $500 still sits there. When i now ask for Marco, now he is on leave for 5 days. This is such the scam for delays and the biggest one that upsets me is that when i speak to any chat person asking about my withdrawal (and this is not exclusive to just this site,) each chat support person, says "you already receive 1/2 of your winnings", (like i should be grateful) and "you need to deposit again so you are shown as active to get your pending withdrawal quicker" this is blackmail and why would I want to deposit again when they are holding my cash in the first place. It is really hard to believe this site. I have another withdrawal in process at Golden Lady and hope i don't go through this again, but i did get that same suggestion about deposit to show activity for quicker payout comment from them too. Can you help me?
