I have noticed others getting their complaint resolved, so I'm guessing Grand Fortune Casino is trying to come back and do whats right for everyone and get a second chance and get off the black list.
End of 2016 I won $100 using their bonus and met all requirements and verified all documents such as (Utility, ID, Bank Info, Card Info, etc). Then after my withdrawal got accepted, they said I needed to make a $30 verification deposit, so I sent $30 in Bitcoin so that they could send me $100 + verification deposit ($30) to my Bitcoin Wallet Address which was also verified with a rep. After almost a year of verifications, back and forth emails, verification deposits, phone call verifications, and long live chat sessions, they finally said ok in July 2017 and that verification is done and asked me to put a withdrawal request and send my Bitcoin Wallet Address to eft@casinosupportcenter.com.
So basically at the end I ended up sending $30 for verification deposit and they were supposed to send $130 to my Bitcoin Wallet Address, but never did and after seeing they were Black Listed, I stopped wasting my time.
I will attach as much info as I can. A lot of the communication was through Live Chat as well.
This complaint has been reopened as per submitter's request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.
