I asked for a payout and sent all necessary documents and received an email 12.07.16 stating:

Dear X X,
Your Payout of $ 292.50 USD for Account ID X has been authorized to be paid out. You will receive another email once you payment has been sent.
We thank you for your continued business and are always available if you should have any questions

After a week I contacted them and got an email stating that they have to ring me to confirm some details.
Really? So if I didn't make contact i would still be waiting for a payout that obviously still has not been processed.
