Serious Payout Delays


I requested a payout on 8/29/17 for $2,500 and it got approved on 9/8/17 for $2,328. And as of today 10/3/17 I haven't received any payment or response to my emails. The only time I received a response to one of my emails was when my email said "Fraud" in the subject line. And I can't get a response to any of my emails for updates on my approved payment since 9/16/17. I tried calling but twice the call got disconnected and the third time was left on hold for more than 25 minutes.

The only $500 withdrawal I have on record for you, you cancelled:
