Payment of $2325.00 still not sent to processor


I cashed out on November 3, 2017 $2500.00. On November 18 it was approved for 2325.00 I keep checking with customer support everyday hoping it would be sent to the processor but as of today December 11 2017 it still isn't sent and they can't give a date when. They just said that you will be paid. WHEN
