Payments seriously overdue
I played using a bonus in September. I wagered and I was allowed to withdraw the funds. I made 4 withdrawals at the end of September , early October. My funds were returned to my account 1 at a time as they were missing documents. So all was put in order 2 months ago. I have spoken to chat weekly and they assure me that payment will happen soon and that a note will be put on my account to escalate payment, Today I was told to contact the finance department on chat who only work from 6-10 European time. I was also told that my payout will be paid 1 at a time even though it has been over 2.5 months. When I have tried to email the support team or payments, the email is not acknowledged or there is no response
