Payment not received

I had a $108 withdrawal that I requested the first week of July 2017. The withdrawal request was approved in mid-July 19 for $108. The terms and conditions state the payment will be made with 10 business days of being approved. It is now 9/4/2017 and I still have not received the payment. I have chatted with the agents multiple times and all they say is wait longer.
