Payment delays for over $8000


Hello, I have used Askgamblers in the recent past to resolve a $35,000 nonpayment issue and was very happy with Tawni's assistance and would like to enlist your services again.

Cool Cat has delayed approving withdrawals for over a month citing that they needed updated information. All information was current in May 2017 as I received a payout from Cool Cat in July/Aug. and was verified by a representative of Cool cat Neo Jefferson in early November. I was assured my withdrawals would be escalated after he verified that information was and had been current all along. One additional credit card was all that was requested and he said it was a 5 day approval process. Each time I inquired about delayed approvals, I was told again that I had missing information. I have sent the entire packet over again, and still am being asked for the same credit card information that's already been sent. Their approval process is supposed to be five days and it's already been 30 days. This is a stalling tactic to delay payment of the $8000+ that I have won on Cool Cat.
Finally after over a month of delays and stating they need more documents still, a $290 withdrawal has been approved. I have three withdrawals for $2500 and one for $500 that are still pending approval at almost a month out.

I am attaching my withdrawal screenshot to show the outstanding withdrawals that will continue to be delayed for months to come with additional stalling tactics. I am asking for ass gamblers assistance to make sure these withdrawals get approved and paid out in a timely manner. I was stalled for over nine months over my past complaint and don't want that to happen again.

Hi Tawni,

I believe all payments in this complaint have been processed. I do have another $500 withdrawal on Cool cat that I won after the complaint was filed that is waiting for payout....not sure if you can check on that before you close this case or not....but I certainly appreciate your assistance on this current complaint!!!

Payment being delayed repeatedly
I requested a $2,000 withdrawal on April 6th with coindraw. During that week prior, I had spent nearly one thousand dollars at this casino. I had recently become a v I p member and for reasons not disclosed, one day before the deadline of them approving my withdrawal, they deducted my vip status. They then made me cancel my first withdrawal.Because coin draw is not available to those who are not vip. So I canceled my withdrawal and requested it again on april tenth in the amount of seventeen hundred dollars. After the deadline of 10 days had come and gone without payment, I contacted the representatives and had this issue Escalated. After another ten day deadline, it had still not been paid so they requested another escalation. They told me they had 24 to seventy two hours and that this issue would be resolved.However the seventy two hours had come and gone without resolution, and I contacted them yet again. This time, the response was, they would respond to me by friday. And then sent an email telling me that it would be another 7 to ten days and that it was being reviewed. Mind you this withdrawal had already been reviewed and approved after the first escalation had come and gone.

I have try to contact people in chat and I keep getting the same runaround answers. They keep telling me they escalated it. I'm highlighted for the soonest payment. And I was supposed to be paid in the next batch of payments yet now I find myself waiting for another review and another 7 to ten days, in which case they'll just make me escalate it again and wait another 24 to 76 hours.

I sincerely just would like the amount approved Initially over a month ago but thus far have been refused help and refused connect me to a supervisor or anybody else in the payment division
