Payments delayed

I have 6 outstanding payments due, amounting to thousands of dollars; received only 1 (which was in amount of $2200, and all were submitted in January and February of this year. I have contacted them via 24 hour chat and each time they say they are going to escalate and someone would be in touch - I never hear anything. I can't reach anyone by phone and they never return the call when I leave phone number. I don't know what else to do, I'm so frustrated because I played in good faith. Don't know where to turn or what else I can do. Please help me
