I had a payout processed on the 31st December 2016. The money did not reach my account and I have since raised it thru the casino escalations process 3 times , sent many many emails and had many LiveChats only to be told a different delaying story every time varying from high numbers of requests, short delays, will be received within the week, finance department is closed etc. After 3 months I was asked to resend my ID documents due to change in casino ownership and which were confirmed received 31st March. I have had no further response via email about the documents. Now on 9th April I have been told that payouts take between 1 and 3 months. So now I am 4 months into the original delay and understand that I could wait another 3 months. This is unacceptable to me and I feel I am being deflected continuously with mis-information.
