Dishonest/Withholding my Winnings
On 10/2/10 I opened an account with Party City Casino after being given a $100.00 free no deposit chip. I enjoyed my play there so I decided to make a deposit of $95.00. Before wagering, I chatted with their Live Help inquiring about new player bonuses. I explained to the rep. that I am a Video Poker and Let Em Ride Poker player. I was told about their newplayer 300. I was told it was a NO RESTRICTION - NO MAX CASHOUT bonus.
I asked what games were excluded. The rep typed back the games and Video Poker and Let Em Ride were not included in that listing. I wagered for about 3 hours and won approx $1145.00 I attempted to withdraw several times and was not allowed. I then called them and explained my situation. I was placed on hold and when the rep returned I was told that I had played restricted games. Not true.
I further explained that i went over the terms of the bonus via online chat and was fully understanding of the bonus i received, He placed me on hold again. When he returned he told me he had viewed the chat session but it was cut off due to "technical difficulties" (?) I asked him to check again. He did. I was then told a different story. I was told that it was a Slots and Keno bonus. I never play those games and would never redeem such a coupon. At this time i was tired of the lies so i told them that I would take this up with CDS. The rep told me to "calm down, there was no need to contact a 3rd party.
He told me to write the casino manager that the was sure that he would do something about the matter. I did so. Several times with no reply. I think what happened here was that Party City was under the impression that i was new to the online gaming world.
Little do they know, I have been wagering online for over 15 years, and i am a VIP at many RTG and RIVAL casinos.
Please assist me on this matter my winnings are 100%legitimate!!!!
