I deposited 49.00. I won 170 dollars after the bonus was deducted, and patiently waiting for my withdrawl...i deposited two other times by faith small amounts but real cash deposits. I get this cocky guy on the toll free hotline named Douglas stating that my deposit was declined for 49...and that my winnings were void, so ok I have over a thousand dollars in my account i know its not an error on my end. Imagine that, the two other small cash deposits i made were successful, but I didnt win anything...SHOCKING. So i get on the line to Rob and he tells me oh we always tell our players that they need to make sure their banks will allow international deposits to go through which I am a frequent player and that is not an issue with Chase bank anyhow. Make a long scam short, I won, and PARTY CITY was paid and apparently from what i am now reading PARTY CITY is good at scamming. I have never been scammed by any other casino before and have been playing for years. Rest assured if they did not have an approval to begin with i would have never been given funds to play. I say Goodbye to them in Jesus name, and they have cheated for the last time.

I withdrew $1450 on 9/22/13. 30 days later and dozens of live chats I was told to resubmit my documents even though I am a 10+year customer. I send them and it was approved again and it was reapproved 11/8. It's now Dec 1, 70+ days since my withdrawal and still no payment.

i met all the requirements, made a cashout on 16/08/2013 in the morning. They wanted documents which i sent them immediately. A Popup appeared in the lobby where was said:" Documents complete, thank you"

First they said it takes 7 days, then they said 10 days, now its 11 days and still nothing happened. Its still on "Requested". They dont inform the players, they are doing nothing.

I said live support that i will complain, they said, they dont care. Very unfriendly people.

I read all the complaints about this casino. I think they are doing this on purpose

I played at party city on a free chip that was given to me after I had made a deposit and lost. I was given a $100 chip and I went above the required play through and had $1300 dollars on my balance and was told that the maximum I could withdrawal was $100. I had asked if they could just put the $100 in my account with no restrictions and I was told no they had to send it to me. I requested the $100 on August 1st and it is still listed as requested. I have asked 3 different times what going on with it and they told me I needed to wait 10 to 14 days. It is now August 20th and still no change the last response I received from them with the live chat was I will report this to my manager to investigate. I must assume the manager works in the payout department.

One of my withdrawal is pending more than 10 business days and i have two withdrawal , i am one of the regular player in this casino group, coolcat, place of chances,slot of vegas ,etc .. They have give some preference for the loyal players .. delaying it more than 10 busines day is not at all acceptable, i am very humble and i was wait till the SLA of 10 business day and once it crossed that only i am making it as complaint .. this will allow the player to switch to other casino groups..

I Requested withdrawal in the month of december and it was sent to the payment processing on jan8th and its more than 2 weeks i didnt get the my check .. if i ask for the update they give the standard response.. I have played several online casino and i never had this bad experience for withdrawal...

I went back to ask where the balance was since I couldn't withdraw it. They said I have recieved too many bonuses in a row, so they took it away. Well...let me just say that this was the first time playing the casino, this is why I was playing a new player bonus! The excuse was lame and untrustworthy. I will never play this casino again.
