Withdrawal declined

I recently played party city casino because they gave me a no deposit bonus. The rules were 30x play through, and you could cash out 100.00 max afterward. I got lucky and won a couple thousand dollars, and then lost it all...keeping the 100.00 to withdraw. I received this email a couple of days later...

Dear xxxxxx, (changed for confidentiality)

We're sorry, but your WestUnion payout request of 102.25 USD for Account ID xxxxx has been declined.

Payout Comments:

We thank you for your continued business and are always available if you should have any ...

If you want to make them rich and you don't mind being swindled...play party city casino!!!

Dear Player:

On 10/27/2012 12:12:10 AM you've redeemed a Free Chip for $50 with code NDB50

On 10/27/2012 3:07:51 PM you've redeemed a second Free Chip for $50 with code TRYPARTY50

No deposits are detected in between free chips. As per casino rules:

"Unless the Casino management specifically gives prior agreement, welcome bonuses are limited to one promotion per Player, per family, per computer, per address.

The Player may not consecutively redeem multiple no-deposit bonuses. Free chip offers are meant only for our regular loyal players and unless otherwise stated in order to cash out on a free chip offer you should have an active depositing account. Should a Player redeem one no-deposit bonus and then be subsequently offered another one, the Player must make a real money deposit into their account in the interim in order for the Player to be eligible to redeem the second no-deposit bonus.

In the event that a Player redeems a no-deposit promotional offer that he/she is not entitled to, any winnings generated from that promotion will be voided."

Casino voided winnings generated on second free chip since you've redeemed a second free chip with no deposits in between each free chip as established on Casino rules

Hope this clarifies the misunderstanding

Still waiting for party city casino to look into this matter. I went back and chatted with them...they said I had too many bonuses. How's that when my bonus was the welcome bonus...1st time playing?! Then they had the nerve to ask me to deposit some money for another bonus...ouch! The answer is....delete...delete...delete!!!
