Paperwork and payments not being approved


I have sent in my paperwork over a week ago and they keep declining my 2 withdrawals (one for $2,500 and one for $1,000) saying my paperwork is not approved. I have spoken with 4 different people via email and they say they are rushing it through and it will be approved 'tomorrow' but it still hasn't been approved and my withdrawals have been rejected again. The problem is once they 'approve' the withdrawal it takes 15 business days for that to be approved and 10 business days for the money to be sent and another 10 days to show up in my account. Would you please help me and other people who enjoy playing to get this company in line with others. This is unacceptable and I don't know what I can do except to file a complaint.

I've just checked on your account and I see your last withdrawal was sent off to our processor, earlier this morning: 1/22 Paid $1000 for Wire III transaction #67938284. I would expect this should reach your account by the end of this week. ;-)
