Missing Refund on Paddypower

I have an account with Paddy Power at which I played during Blackjack Friday promotional event (29 November - 1 December 2020). On the last day (1 December 2020), I won £120 in casino bonus from the promotion that I need to wager 1x before that amount can be withdrawn (according to the promotional rule). After receiving the bonus I had not completed the wagering requirement, expected to play them a few days afterwards.

In the next morning, my account was suspended. The casino said the responsible gambling team wanted to talk with me via phone only. Until today, there have been two failed call attempts by them, the last one was almost 9-10 days ago. (I know that they attempted to call because I received an email from them after failed outbound calls by them.) I have attempted to talk to them via live chat many times but they insist only phone calls only and no alternative methods (such as Zoom or Skype) and they are even unable to provide me approximate date and time. (I have work to do, cannot be on standby 24/7 to wait for the call,) And now, the £120 bonus has gone to zero.

I still wonder what violation I have done (if there is), or just responsible gambling issue in case my behaviour is similar to an addicted gambler. To be honest, I am not addicted, only a few times that I decide to play. But the most two important things are:
1. How to communicate with a team to get the problem solved? What violations I have done in place (if any)?
2. If I have not violated anything, it is unfair to confiscate £120 bonus because of the bonus expiration as my account has been suspended. In that case, you need to give that bonus back to my account along with the rules.

It has been 12 days and nothing seems to be better. I wish you would be able to help. I have trusted Paddy Power most for my gaming experience for a few months for convenience, easiness to deposit and withdraw as well as casino reliability (a part of a large gaming corporate). But now I am really fed up with the problem that remains unsolved.

Created a PaddyPower account and successfully verified age details with passport. Logged in and deposited £100 and placed a bet. Logged in the next day to be told my account is locked. Spoke to a service advisor who states : ‘ Thanks Stuart. As I can see here your account has been closed as a business decision taken by our security team. Our security team can close accounts as a business decision at their discretion and are not obliged to offer any explanation beyond this unfortunately. My apologies for any inconvenience caused.’

Agent refused to provide me with any reasoning or assistance to resolve this issue and is not escalating this to a manager. He has also refused state whether I will receive refund of my £100.

Can you please help?

I got 50 free spins with Paddy Power Casino and could grow my initial winnings to 157 GBP. My account was well until my withdrawal request. I made 5 GBP deposit to register my skrill account and request my pay out. On the nest day I received email that my account was closed. My deposit wasn't refunded.
Could you please help to clarify the reason of this decision and return my deposit at least?
I failed to discuss this matter with support members. They replied that they can't help. Online chat is not available for not registered users.

I’m not new to paddy power I’ve received withdrawals to the same card before and after these missing ones .
I contacted Paddypower through there help and support line .
They gave me a ARN number told me to take it to the bank .
So I did , they said they could not help me with this . So I phoned my bank up and was told the same thing
So I went back to the help and support chat and told them what the bank had said .
I was then told to get a email for the relevant bank department which I did and was told they would contact them and get back to me .
After a few days I went back on the help and support line and asked to make a complaint.
I was told to say my complaint and it would be sent up
So I explained what the issue was and was told I’d receive an email .
I received a email on the 26th of June saying that my bank had been contacted and I would be update once they had received an concrete response. And was credited £10 good will gesture.
I never heard anything back .
I contacted the escalations team on the 8th August asking for a PSN number which from what I know is an deadlock number .
His response was I have not yet raised a query with the customer services team and that I should chat to help and support.
After explaining my situation to him he then told me to provide an email address for the relevant bank department.

I then pulled him up on the fact that he was the one who had emailed me to tell me they would be in contact with they received a concrete response and gave me the £10 good gesture.
After I told him that and called him incompetent he never replied. I’ve sent 4 emails since just asking for help and no reply .

I have been a member of Paddy Power for a number of years and have always paid into and played on my account in the same way for many years without a problem i have or had always remained loyal to paddy power depositing many thousands without any withdrawal any gripes whatsoever then recently i tried to log in and my account was suspended with no reason given and contacted live help who said it was with the security team but still no reason given.I was not asked to provide certain items of ID. Then i have asked what i had done wrong but offered no explanation or given any case to answer or defend myself.Paddy Power have closed my account totally offering no explanation whatsoever despite me being VIP and being a daily player and playing and depositing in the same manner i have done for many years and left me worried i have unknowingly done something seriously wrong.Is that how you treat loyal customers??So they live in fear of a knock at the door for some reason that is unknown to me

Recently I was required to submit verification documents to Paddy Power in order to be able to withdraw funds. I did this, and spoke to live chat who confirmed that the documents had been received and succesfully processed. I still could not withdraw and the person in live chat told me to log out and then log back in again as this is a problem that sometimes happens.

I could not then log back in and live chat told me that I should wait 15 minutes, but it has now been 24hrs and I still cannot log in, receiving the message "Oops, there is a problem with your account permissions. To access your account, please contact the Paddy Power Helpdesk." when I try. Because I am locked out of my account, which I am required to log into in order to contact their helpdesk, and because there is no valid email address for Paddy Power, I cannot follow up this issue. I have not violated any terms of service and there is no reason for them to block access to my account or withhold funds. I have previously deposited and withdrawn from their site without issue.

Have around £250 waiting to withdraw and no way of contacting them to regain access to my account.

Paddy power sent me this email

'We’re sorry to say that we’ve closed your Paddy Power account, for security reasons. We don’t take a decision like this lightly and can assure you that it’s in line with our terms and conditions. '

When I contacted them over the phone, they then told me that it was part of there 'business terms' as the reason of not paying my winnings of 1416gbp. I asked them on the phone to tell me the exact term I have broken, as I checked all the terms before playing the casino, and they told me again its down 'to business terms'

I am shocked and ashamed how a large company like Paddy Power can actually act like this. I demand my money gets paid immediately or provide me with a perfectly valid excuse to why they are not paying me!

I registerd my account with paddy power casino after registration complete i send them all my documents to verify my account after verification done by casino i received a mail from then that my account is fully verified now.. After that i deposit money and start playing casino.. After winning 548 pounds i try to withdraw my money but they refused my withdraw request... They suspend my account and when i talk to thier live chat operator he said your account is suspended by internal business team... And they are not giving me even 1 reason

I have had a withdrawal since December 15 (3000 EUR). Verification documents were all received and confirmed on the same day. I have contacted Paddy power around 5-6 times to chase my payment and still havent received it. I had my query passed to the payments team around 15 days ago with no response. Since then my query has been passed to the management team and I have still heard nothing in over 15 days.
