Locked out of account and cannot contact helpdesk
Recently I was required to submit verification documents to Paddy Power in order to be able to withdraw funds. I did this, and spoke to live chat who confirmed that the documents had been received and succesfully processed. I still could not withdraw and the person in live chat told me to log out and then log back in again as this is a problem that sometimes happens.
I could not then log back in and live chat told me that I should wait 15 minutes, but it has now been 24hrs and I still cannot log in, receiving the message "Oops, there is a problem with your account permissions. To access your account, please contact the Paddy Power Helpdesk." when I try. Because I am locked out of my account, which I am required to log into in order to contact their helpdesk, and because there is no valid email address for Paddy Power, I cannot follow up this issue. I have not violated any terms of service and there is no reason for them to block access to my account or withhold funds. I have previously deposited and withdrawn from their site without issue.
Have around £250 waiting to withdraw and no way of contacting them to regain access to my account.
