I’ve had $38,000 across two wins at this casino held for “manual verification”.
That manual verification process has now been going on for 3+ weeks.
There was no game errors, just a notification come onto my screen that the win needed manual verification. This happened twice over two games within the space of an hour.
I have all the relevant game codes, dates, times etc. Including screenshots of the wins and the notification that popped up on my screen notifying me that manual verification was needed. I am more than happy to provide this information if needed.
Despite my daily questions and requests for progress/updates, I am yet to see my funds released and or hear from the organisation on my wins.
VIP has been incredibly slow and to date, not helpful.

Hi OhMy,
I can now acknowledge that the funds appear in my account, but are locked by a 1 x play through requirement before I withdraw. This should not be the case.
Additionally my withdrawal limits have considerably been reduced.
I look forward to resolving this with you.

Hi OhMy, You doing whatever to manually verify my win has taken almost four weeks at this point. Especially considering how straight forward this should be.
You have been poor in responding to my emails and WhatsApp messages.
I have been told that this would be resolved and have been stringed along for the last two weeks. Just last week I was told it was going to be resolved and all sorted last week. Nothing!
I look forward to receiving my funds.
