Withdrawal requests denied and account review is pending since April 21st

Hi team,

My withdrawals have not been processed on the Odds96 Casino platform since 21st April.

Whenever I enquire about this issue, I receive the same information and see that the amount is still on hold.

The customer support team is simply dismissing my concerns and telling me that my account has been under review since 21st April.

The security team from odds96 casino has approved to withdraw my funds. However they mentioned that account review is still on going.

Hi team,

Thanks for the response. I can make daily withdrawal requests up to 300,000 INR. However, since April 21st, not a single request has been processed. When I asked for a reason, customer support said my account is under review and withdrawals can only be processed once the review is complete. On April 21st, I requested three 100,000 INR withdrawals, all of which were declined. Since then, I’ve been unable to make any withdrawals. On April 22nd, I checked my account status in chat support and received the same template response repeatedly. I’m not getting frustrated with the account status remaining the same for 22 days, but I’m losing confidence and trust. I’ve attached screenshots of the declined withdrawals and account status. Even though I’ve restricted my withdrawals, I can still place bets without restrictions. I’m at a loss as to what’s going on here.

I deposited 10k and my balance is 5 Lakhs. Casino already approved 2 withdrawals of 1 Lakh each to my Binance account. My 3rd withdrawal of Rs 3,00,000.96 is blocked.

Casino is asking for bank statement with full name for a WALLET payment. I have explained many times: As per RBI PPI Guidelines, PhonePe Wallet statement NEVER contains full name, only mobile number 6260604311.

I have already provided:

- Official PhonePe Wallet Statement PDF (password 6260604311)

- Airtel Payments Bank statement showing wallet top-up

- PhonePe profile screenshot < removed name and phone number >

- QR code UPI ID screenshot

- Aadhaar

My full name < removed name > is already visible in their own payment gateway logs for UTR 681618858782. Casino agents Xamira, Bianca, Quirina keep repeating "We are still waiting for your file" (see chat transcript 23 Sep 2026).

They are demanding a document that does not exist in India for wallet payments. This is unfair practice to hold my winnings. Please help release my funds.

My account remains blocked and my ₹16,2000 is stuck

Hello sir,
I am facing an issue with Odds96 Casino. I had ₹16,2000 in my account. Initially, I requested a withdrawal to a family member’s bank account. The casino noticed this and gave me a warning, but they did not take any strict action at the time—they simply rejected the withdrawal.

Later, when I tried to withdraw the money to my own personal bank account, the casino blocked my account completely without giving any clear explanation.

I want to clarify that I did not intentionally break any rules. I had clearly mentioned in my withdrawal attempt that the account belonged to a family member. The casino could have simply rejected it (which they did initially), and I accepted that. However, blocking my account later when I used my own account for withdrawal is unfair and seems excessive.

Now, my account remains blocked and my ₹16,2000 is stuck. I request the team to kindly help me resolve this issue and recover my funds.
