Thanks for the response. I can make daily withdrawal requests up to 300,000 INR. However, since April 21st, not a single request has been processed. When I asked for a reason, customer support said my account is under review and withdrawals can only be processed once the review is complete. On April 21st, I requested three 100,000 INR withdrawals, all of which were declined. Since then, I’ve been unable to make any withdrawals. On April 22nd, I checked my account status in chat support and received the same template response repeatedly. I’m not getting frustrated with the account status remaining the same for 22 days, but I’m losing confidence and trust. I’ve attached screenshots of the declined withdrawals and account status. Even though I’ve restricted my withdrawals, I can still place bets without restrictions. I’m at a loss as to what’s going on here.
