Pending withdrawal for over 5 weeks
Dears, I would like to submit my complaint regarding OceanBets casino. I have submitted a withdrawal request for 3,700€ (ref. number 283723) on August 30th 2018 and I am still waiting to be processed. In the casino chat they told me to send email to support or finance. I have sent several emails to support and finance but without any response. I even open a ticket (ref. ZUO-203-84471) but still no feedback. I spoke again with the casino chat but they only told me to wait or email support/finance. Please note that I am a depositing player at OceanBets for 3 years now and I have deposited plenty of times. I have had in the past 2-3 withdrawal requests (around 300-700€) and they were completed in 2-3 weeks. I have submitted all the requested documentation for verification in the past. Now, there is no request for additional documentation nor a phone verification. If you could please help me then that would be much appreciated. Best Regards Nicos
