Pending withdrawal for over 5 weeks


Dears, I would like to submit my complaint regarding OceanBets casino. I have submitted a withdrawal request for 3,700€ (ref. number 283723) on August 30th 2018 and I am still waiting to be processed. In the casino chat they told me to send email to support or finance. I have sent several emails to support and finance but without any response. I even open a ticket (ref. ZUO-203-84471) but still no feedback. I spoke again with the casino chat but they only told me to wait or email support/finance. Please note that I am a depositing player at OceanBets for 3 years now and I have deposited plenty of times. I have had in the past 2-3 withdrawal requests (around 300-700€) and they were completed in 2-3 weeks. I have submitted all the requested documentation for verification in the past. Now, there is no request for additional documentation nor a phone verification. If you could please help me then that would be much appreciated. Best Regards Nicos

I spoke with casino live chat and they assured that they left a message to finance and that I have to wait. Nevertheless the support didn’t respond to the complaint nor to my emails.

Dears AskGamblers, what can I do if the casino continues not responding? Ruining casinos reputation is not my intention and will not give me my winnings. Please help me if you can

Money still not paid out after 6 weeks
Hello, I played on this Casino and put in around 900 Euro in total, then I won 1.3k. I requested a Withdrawal on 18.4.2018, sent them my verification documents immediately, and it took them about 4 weeks until the verification process was done. now it´s 2 weeks after the verification is already accepted by them and I still don´t have any signs from the casino that my withdrawal is even in process. In that time I tried to get in contact with the casino often, but the live chat always told me that they can´t help me in that regard and that I should write an email to the support. The Casino terms say that a withdrawal will be proceeded after 5 working day´s (after verification). The live Chat told me one time to come back the next day and ask for someone called Paul in the chat, the next day I am in the chat and ask for someone called Paul, and the support guy tells me that he is Paul. Then I tell him that "Maria" the support from yesterday told me to ask him because he could help me in that regard. What he then answered was that I should ask Maria why she told me to ask him for help and in general, the way the Live chat didn´t felt like in other casinos, there were way more spelling mistakes, once they wrote me "welcome at ramsesgold casino" although I was on oceanbets and am not even registered at a ramsesgold casino. those are all things which I don´t care about, but those little things were so many that they make an unserious impression. I still have all Emails from the support (not from the live chat) if needed as evidence. If there is anything else I can provide, I can reach that also in =), I hope that I didn´t forgot any important details. Non payment due to unjustified bonus terms breach accusations
Hello i believe that i have been duped by this casino. I initially opened an account with the above casino on the 31/01/17 and deposited 100 euros taking advantage of their 200% bonus. I played on several video slot games over the next two days. Eventually after playing through my bonus i withdrew a sum of 3950euros. I then contacted support to ask if they required any documentation to support my verification deposit to where they stated they feel is should carry on playing due to having such a high winning streak. I obviously avoided this suggestion as i wanted my winnings. They then a day later sent me an email saying withdrawal denied. Then a follow up email arrived stating the following. Dear Philip As part of our regular withdrawal review process, we have seen that the terms and conditions of the bonus you received were not met. The Bonus Terms and Conditions state that once a player starts to use a bonus on slot games, the wagering must be completed on slot games. Similarly, once a player starts to use a bonus on table games, the wagering must be completed on table games. To be honest ive never heard of such conditions in my opinion a bonus is a bonus as long as you play though the requirements.
