I played on this Casino and put in around 900 Euro in total, then I won 1.3k. I requested a Withdrawal on 18.4.2018, sent them my verification documents immediately, and it took them about 4 weeks until the verification process was done. now it´s 2 weeks after the verification is already accepted by them and I still don´t have any signs from the casino that my withdrawal is even in process.
In that time I tried to get in contact with the casino often, but the live chat always told me that they can´t help me in that regard and that I should write an email to the support.
The Casino terms say that a withdrawal will be proceeded after 5 working day´s (after verification).
The live Chat told me one time to come back the next day and ask for someone called Paul in the chat, the next day I am in the chat and ask for someone called Paul, and the support guy tells me that he is Paul. Then I tell him that "Maria" the support from yesterday told me to ask him because he could help me in that regard. What he then answered was that I should ask Maria why she told me to ask him for help and in general, the way the Live chat didn´t felt like in other casinos, there were way more spelling mistakes, once they wrote me "welcome at ramsesgold casino" although I was on oceanbets and am not even registered at a ramsesgold casino. those are all things which I don´t care about, but those little things were so many that they make an unserious impression.
I still have all Emails from the support (not from the live chat) if needed as evidence. If there is anything else I can provide, I can reach that also in =), I hope that I didn´t forgot any important details.
