Money still not paid out after 6 weeks

Good afternoon I need to submit a complain for a casino ocean.bets I had 700€ on my pending withdraw, after one week I have got an email on 10/09 that my money were accepted and sent to my bank account visa debit, And it will take 5 days working.. Today is 25/09 I didn't get any money, I sent maybe a 1000 emails without any reply any answer I spoke with the chat of casino, they always tell me you need to wait,wait they always say send email to out support they will be in touch THAT'S IT.. But I did send really too many I really thinking that casino is a scam I see on internet that caso o doesn't take people from UK, So why they accepted me then? Why they accepted money from my UK bank, I really lost a lots of money on that casino.. I will really appraiceite it if you can really help me please Regards Donato la peruta

Hi There, I am being denied rightful payment from Ocean Bets Casino. I originally deposited $30, rejected any bonus offer, lost that and deposited a further $30 rejected any bonus offer, and deposited a further and final $30 and rejected any bonus offer I went on to win $340 Euro, i then withdrew this A couple days later i was informed that my withdrawal was canceled and my winnings are forfeited They claim that the cancelled withdrawal was because i had some bets that were higher than the allowed bet of Bonus $ Money, they say that during play of the last $30 i deposited i won 2 Comp points, $2 bonus for good play and winning $ I had no idea i had received these Comp Points, i never asked for them, i never ticked for any kind of bonus in my 3 x $30 deposits, i didnt sign up for any competition, i wasn't informed that i had won 2 Comp points, or a $2 bonus,,,I wasn't informed it was added to my account. I have sent off a couple of emails asking whats going on,,they have made a mistake, they have the wrong account claiming they had given me $2 bonus, i don't even know or believe they did,,,, perfect way to deny my winnings and never pay. Hello i believe that i have been duped by this casino. I initially opened an account with the above casino on the 31/01/17 and deposited 100 euros taking advantage of their 200% bonus. I played on several video slot games over the next two days. Eventually after playing through my bonus i withdrew a sum of 3950euros. I then contacted support to ask if they required any documentation to support my verification deposit to where they stated they feel is should carry on playing due to having such a high winning streak. I obviously avoided this suggestion as i wanted my winnings. They then a day later sent me an email saying withdrawal denied. Then a follow up email arrived stating the following. To be honest ive never heard of such conditions in my opinion a bonus is a bonus as long as you play though the requirements. I won 647 euro on the 27th September and am still waiting for them to pay me despite sending numerous emails and having submitted all of the documents required for account verification. If you could please help me then that would be much appreciated.
