Not responding to email regarding withdrawal
I haven't had this problem before with Cool Cat, so I'm getting worried. I made a withdrawal for $450 now 18 days ago. The withdrawal was acknowledged right away. However, the link to their explanation of withdrawal policies did not work, nor is the link to it on the Cool Cat website working. I have sent two emails asking if there were any verification issues. Both emails were acknowledged with an auto-responder message. But neither has been answered by staff. One was over two weeks ago; the other was about 4 days ago. Last night they weren't answering their phone (or were busy answering phones), and I was directed to voicemail. I left a voicemail message requesting a call back but haven't received one. I have received at least one payout from Cool Cat, but it was a few years back. The withdrawal is still showing on the Withdrawal page, so it apparently hasn't been approved. 21 days to approve a withdrawal seems excessive to me. And there is no excuse for not answering my emails concerning account verification. Can you please help me?
