Not responding to email regarding withdrawal


I haven't had this problem before with Cool Cat, so I'm getting worried. I made a withdrawal for $450 now 18 days ago. The withdrawal was acknowledged right away. However, the link to their explanation of withdrawal policies did not work, nor is the link to it on the Cool Cat website working. I have sent two emails asking if there were any verification issues. Both emails were acknowledged with an auto-responder message. But neither has been answered by staff. One was over two weeks ago; the other was about 4 days ago. Last night they weren't answering their phone (or were busy answering phones), and I was directed to voicemail. I left a voicemail message requesting a call back but haven't received one. I have received at least one payout from Cool Cat, but it was a few years back. The withdrawal is still showing on the Withdrawal page, so it apparently hasn't been approved. 21 days to approve a withdrawal seems excessive to me. And there is no excuse for not answering my emails concerning account verification. Can you please help me?

I'm now guessing the fact that I heard from Cool Cat one day after you posted my complaint was no coincidence, even though their casino manager never answered you....so thank you for that. After additional delays and confusion about payment methods and their recommending but not really understanding paying into a bitcoin account, they finally released the money to my Coinbase bitcoin wallet on Monday, November 14. But then Coinbase, who had told me I would get the money as soon as I sold them the bitcoin, which I did immediately, took nearly three more days to process the USD. Oh well, I now have the money, and I have learned a lot, so all is well. Thank you for being there to help protect us.Best regards,Linda

I heard from Cool Cat on Nov. 9, but I still do not have my money. The withdrawal has now been approved. However, there has been considerable confusion over what information they needed in order to wire my money, which led to two days' delay. A third day was lost because they said they didn't have the Swift number for my bank when I had actually sent it But then they decided they couldn't wire my money to my account at Schwab, because my account is a personal account within a business account belonging to Charles Schwab at a larger U.S. bank. Cool Cat insisted they could not wire to a business account and that I must open a bitcoin account, which I have done, happily, with Coinbase. But by the time I got Coolcat my encrypted address they had left for the weekend (after sending a message that keeps me uncertain as to where the money will wind up and when. It's now the 12th. The earliest I might receive the money is the 14th, but I'm not feeing confident about that. All I can do is think positively and stay up all night Sunday so that I can catch them when they get to work on their Monday (something like 10 hours ahead of my time zone). Payment being delayed repeatedly
I requested a $2,000 withdrawal on April 6th with coindraw. During that week prior, I had spent nearly one thousand dollars at this casino. I had recently become a v I p member and for reasons not disclosed, one day before the deadline of them approving my withdrawal, they deducted my vip status. They then made me cancel my first withdrawal.Because coin draw is not available to those who are not vip. So I canceled my withdrawal and requested it again on april tenth in the amount of seventeen hundred dollars. After the deadline of 10 days had come and gone without payment, I contacted the representatives and had this issue Escalated. After another ten day deadline, it had still not been paid so they requested another escalation. They told me they had 24 to seventy two hours and that this issue would be resolved.However the seventy two hours had come and gone without resolution, and I contacted them yet again. This time, the response was, they would respond to me by friday. And then sent an email telling me that it would be another 7 to ten days and that it was being reviewed. Mind you this withdrawal had already been reviewed and approved after the first escalation had come and gone.

I have try to contact people in chat and I keep getting the same runaround answers. They keep telling me they escalated it. I'm highlighted for the soonest payment. And I was supposed to be paid in the next batch of payments yet now I find myself waiting for another review and another 7 to ten days, in which case they'll just make me escalate it again and wait another 24 to 76 hours.

I sincerely just would like the amount approved Initially over a month ago but thus far have been refused help and refused connect me to a supervisor or anybody else in the payment division
