Slots.Lv Casino - Not keeping their word on their "72 hours" withdrawal review time

I made a withdrawal on August 13th, 2016 of $825 and I was then sent an email stating

"Thank you for your withdrawal request dated Sat, Aug 13, 2016 for the amount of
US$ 825.00. Your Withdrawal Reference Number is 88745417.

Your withdrawal will be reviewed within 72 hours. All withdrawals are reviewed in the order in which they are received. Please review
the messages in your account for any updates relating to your
withdrawal request.

Sincerely, Withdrawals Team"

... well it's been 2 days since that timeframe has passed and I haven't gotten any response as to why it hasn't been processed. Personally I would like for online casinos to be timely on their withdrawals just as fast as they are with accepting deposits. I mean I like playing their online games but has me thinking twice about gambling with them. I seen a lot of good reviews of this casino and that's why i decided to open up an account with them but as of right now I don't know what to think :/

I just received my $825 withdrawal in the form of Bitcoin and it's Aug 22, 2016 (9 days later). My thoughts on this is that while I'm satisfied on receiving my payment it did take 3x longer than it was supposed to. Idk if they really had a lot of other withdrawals to process but I guess better late than never right. In terms of trusting this casino I would say I definitely trust them with my money. In terms of rapid withdrawals, maybe they could work on that. Overall I'm satisfied so that's what matters :)
