"Is there a way for me to set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits?
You are able to set Daily, Weekly or Monthly Deposit Limits. These can be set within your ‘My Account’ sub section ’Responsible Gaming-Deposit limit’. Limits can be amended at anytime in the same section."
What is says when trying to set limit on my account:
"You have not activated gambling limit. Please contact online support to assist activation."
What happens when you try to contact live person;
"Please come back in 30 minutes, we will have people who can do that for you then."
Can't you just tell them to allow me to set limit on my account?
"I can leave them a note"
What happens when you try to contact live person regarding this issue for the next 3days:
Total silence, can't reach anyone via live chat nor email.
Also the note the live person promised to leave must have got lost since I'm still unable to set limit.
This is clearly a scam. I have 400 euros on my balance atm and starting to think that I will never see that money.
This can't be right, Why is this casino not blacklisted already? There are several similar reviews and complains on this same page.
