Hello this is a complaint for william hill casino club, I played over the xmas period where they did a daily reload offer for a few weeks I won money on the casino and withdrew my money and was asked all sorts of extreme verification request like sending a picture of me holding ID against my face as well as Notarized ID...all this was sent and received and was told the withdrawal would be processed only to be told on 2/3/15 that the account was permanently closed and the decision was final ? I have had no further explanation surrounding WHY this has been decided after I adhered to their stringent ID request which also left me 120gbp out of picket !! (the notarised ID) can someone at this casino advise why exactly they have come to this conclusion ?
