I cashed out $1100 in feb ,sent all paper work three times finally received an email that paperwork was received and in order now no one will return emails, phone calls go unanswered and there is no one in live chat Ive waited 30 minutes , I don't even get the automated emails every time anymore . I'm having trouble with the idea of waiting 3 months to be paid and wonder why deposit to a casino that takes this long to payout or doesn't pay out at all.

The winnings you accrued stemmed from your Players Rewards Card (PRC). The PRC has always carried a 2X max cashout.

I did receive a check for $200.01 cool cat says the $100 has a 2x cashout , I did read the rules on the sheet and thought it said 10x max cashout + fees and as it was back in feb cannot find the sheet .
