Slots of Vegas Casino - No withdrawals recieved

I joined slots of Vegas late august. and since playing I have made 5 withdrawals. They recieved all documentation required adn all withdrawals have been approved. The first was on the 9th September for 550. The second was on the 16th and was for 286 dollars.. (both figures were after the bonus money had been taken off.) I am still waiting for my funds and despite numerous e-mails to various addresses I have had no response. All the customer service agents have all pretty much contradicted themselves and can't resolve all the issues I have had. They keep escalating the problem which gives them another 7-10 business days in which they don't have to give me any specifics.. despite my efforts I now don't know what to do as I'm no closer to receiving any money. The additional 3 withdrawals were approved on the 9th October totalling 852 dollars. The time frame is completely unacceptable by anyone's standards. Frustrated and very weary about possibly not receiving what's owed.

Hi all.

Since my complaint against slots of Vegas had been published on ask gamblers, I recieved some correspondence. On the 9th Dec slots of Vegas has now confirmed that all my withdrawals will be sent via wire transfer and that I should receive my money by the end of next week.

Initially I made my withdrawals using the checks method as it specified wore transfer was not an option. Now after 3 months I'm being told that they don't send checks to this country and the only method available is wire transfer. Feel a little more reassured now but fingers crossed I'll receive the money quite soon.

Hi all.. just a quick update regarding the process of my complaint.

I stil am yet to receive any funds, I have checked with my bank and nothing is showing. Hopefully will be in there by tomorrow as I was initially informed it would be by the end of this week.

Despite being told I should have recieved it by the end of last week, and yourself suggesting I should expect the money by the 15th, i am still waiting for the funds.
