I made a request withdrawal 4-16 and it was approved 4-19 for US $439. Today is 5-4 and it has still not been funded to my account. I check everyday and have called customer service for and it has they say the money has been processed and I should have received it but I have not. Also made a withdrawal request for 5775 on 4-25 and has not been approved yet or processes to my account. Can someone please help me?
