Stalling payment
I played on the slots of Vegas Online Casino and won on 27th May 2016. I have left it the 14 days they state on the website that it takes to process the payment, before complaining, however I have felt uncomfortable about it since my first contact with the casino after my win. |I was asked to verify my documents, which I promptly did. I was then emailed saying they would ring me for further verification. I emailed ten times to finance with no response. On 3rd June I contacted finance live chat and someone rang me back. I ask if I could change my payment method to wire transfer instead of a cheque, due to the delay and I was informed that there was a problem with the ACH transfers and if I changed payment methods this would put my payment to the back of the queue. They also said they did not have any emails from me. I have sent about 15 altogether. I spoke with finance online chat last night and they said that my payment may be processed on Friday or Monday approximately. There are far too many non committal words in that sentence. I have played casinos in the UK and have always been paid in 48 hours. I am very shocked and disappointed at being treated like this. I hope you can help. I am still no further forward. My winnings continue to say pending as they have done since 27th May.
