No Payment, No Communications


I hit for $2,500 on December 27th, 2016. They came back fairly quickly and said was approved. I kept asking and emailing to make sure my documents were all good and they never answered. Finally by email they said my documents had expired and needed to resend them in. So I sent new docs in and they were approved January 13th. Then they kept telling me per policy wait 10-business days and I would receive details of payment. Waited and waited. They quit replying to all my emails, they would not answer chat sessions, would not return call. I finally spoke to someone at Prism Casino, their sister casino and they apologized and said I should be getting soon. It is now February 20th, and I cannot even get an answer as to when I will receive anything. Extremely pissed. VIP and played for couple years before ever making a withdraw request and this was my first one. Still nothing.

I've looked at your account and I do see that not only was the method of payment resolved, but your payment was delivered to you, last Wednesday.
