No payment after 2 months

I submitted my withdrawal on 12/4/2015 for $2119. Received an email from David steel account verification and security person having me send my card info, photo ID, utility bill and was told that it has been sent to be processed. Here we are 11 days later and it's still pending. Didn't use a bonus. They sure will take a deposit quickly but don't seem to want to give me my money. Instead I get the run around and haven't received an email. So I am emailing this David steel every single day, I am entitled to the money I won and have waited the 7-10 days to have it applied to my card nevermind to be out of pending status. I want my money today.

said my withdraw was approved still no money put in my account . withdraw was $2000 attached is email regarding communication with casino. I didnt even use a bonus code.

I put a withdrawal request in on 3/15/2015. I sent all required documents and a telephone verification. I am only ever told that my documents have been sent to another department for processing.

Hi I have a withdrawal since april 1 2015 I sent all documents . I recieved an email stating all document were excepted on april 9th. Its now april 20th Ive sent emails asking why they havnt processed the withdrawl and Im just getting no answer other than they will let me know when this will happen . I dont mind waiting if I had an explanaition but this is past a reasonable time. I just hope this is a legit casino. I play at Genesy Club and never had a problem ?

i won 100 €. later i deposit 20€ via skrill and i requested withdrawl to skrill for amount 120€.. then here comes the problems. they needed my id card,my credit card copy , utility bill and some statement that they send me. i send them everything. later i send them bill of electric on father name because i live in his house. i also have phone verification. i send them 20 mails. every time when i ask about this get answer that they coordinating with processors. i think i have send them enough proof. I requested withdrawl on 7.2.. So in few days will be almost a month and still nothing?? really?

I invested $450 into the casino which was immediately taken out of my bank account and then I turned around and won $1527 with a bonus. Yes i met the requirements for the bonus and yes i'm a USA player and it is not illegal in the state of MO. So they sent me a request for five pieces of identification which i did send and now they don't respond back to me or answer the phone when I call. Hello , facing worst support system with the mermaid palace casino and this is the first time i hv seen casino like this. I opened up a/c with casino on 31st Oct'14 I am from India for ref. they accepted my deposits also on 3rd Nov'14 i won and withdraw a sum of $1000 from the casino and sent all relevant docs to the casino required in terms & condition. But now no body responding to my mail and in live chat they are telling me that the casino is not available in my region and perhaps they blocked me also from further deposits . Feels like cheated . am i gonna get my money back will be glad if someone look into the matter.

i won on mermaids palace casino on free tournament some 10 dollars. wagering demand was 100x of that money. i wagered that and i they said that i can withdraw my 140 dollars i was left with. i withdraw it. then here comes the problems, they nedded my id card,my credit card copy , utility bill and some statement that they send me. i call them and told them that phone bills electricity bills are on my fathers name because i live in his house and they said to me that i need to send them a bill on my fathers name with my adress seen and my bank statement. so i send them my credit card copy my id card copy ma fathers phone bill i even send my car insurance bill on my name with my adrees i send them also few bank statements that bank sends me every month about my income and expanditure. it take ten mails of course and few pfone conversation with them to send them this. after i send completely everything that i possibly have in my couse 20 days ago nobody wont answer to my mails and wont call me to my cell phone. what should i do? if this is not enough things to confirm my identity then this casino ir really rediculus.
