Hello , facing worst support system with the mermaid palace casino and this is the first time i hv seen casino like this. I opened up a/c with casino on 31st Oct'14 I am from India for ref. they accepted my deposits also on 3rd Nov'14 i won and withdraw a sum of $1000 from the casino and sent all relevant docs to the casino required in terms & condition. But now no body responding to my mail and in live chat they are telling me that the casino is not available in my region and perhaps they blocked me also from further deposits . Feels like cheated . am i gonna get my money back will be glad if someone look into the matter.
