Mermaid's Palace - Delaying withdrawal and not responding at all

Hello , facing worst support system with the mermaid palace casino and this is the first time i hv seen casino like this. I opened up a/c with casino on 31st Oct'14 I am from India for ref. they accepted my deposits also on 3rd Nov'14 i won and withdraw a sum of $1000 from the casino and sent all relevant docs to the casino required in terms & condition. But now no body responding to my mail and in live chat they are telling me that the casino is not available in my region and perhaps they blocked me also from further deposits . Feels like cheated . am i gonna get my money back will be glad if someone look into the matter.

no nothing at all , even on live chat the representative says i hv limited resources and will not be able to guide you on this you need to mail to accounts , which i did but there is no response from their end till now.

This case has been reopened upon casino’s request and we would like to give it one more chance for a successful resolution.
We have been informed by the casino management that your account was closed because you are from restricted country, and that they return your deposit. Please confirm.

i do get agree on taking my deposit back but even after regular follow ups from long time they have not even return my deposit also. attached a account ledger showing they hv transfer my deposit but nothing received till date and they are not providing any details of transfer also so i can track the fund. as per their record frm statement they hv transfered my deposit on 15.12.2014 but it's not yet credited anywhere to me.
request to do the needful at your end.

We consider this complaint resolved. We got solid evidence from casino management that player was fully refunded to the preferred deposit option. This complaint is officially closed.
