iNetBet Casino - No answer and no money

As you know, iNetBet Casino is one of the very few online casinos that don't have a live chat system to communicate in real time with customer. Usually they respond to your requests via e-mail within a day, some times they do not answer at all, and so you have to pray them to get back with an answer.

About cashout, they claim they pay you in the same day you win. In the past I have got winnings in a reasonable amount of hours, one time after few minutes (upon an email request).

This is the first time I do not get my winnings and not even an answer to my emails after over 48 hours and I am a bit worried. Since the customer agent is not answering, I decided to write few lines here, to see if someone is finally willing to respond.

After 3 days of emails and prayers, this morning I got my winnings.

Since they did not respect what they claim: "Same Day Payout", and considering that noboby gave me a line of answer in all this time, I decided to close my account.

Surely I can play the same RTG games elsewhere without these issue.
