Hi,
I won from no deposits free spins some money and wagered that. Then I had 50.01€ (max cashout 100€ from no deposit bonus/free spins) cash balance and have been tried to withdraw that money from 21th february.
I have contacted live support over 5 times and every time they keep saying that they will tell about the situation to payment team and they well process it.
I haven't heard anything about that payment team.
Live support is also said that they have been technical issues with withdrawals and then another support agent have been said that they don't have.
So I feel like no one doesn't do anything for the situation.
I have suggested that they would do the manual withdraw for me, but even that has not happened.
So I really really hope that my withdraw will be processed as soon as possible.

We have manage to replicate the issue due to NightRush having moved to Pay 'n Play Solution,
it was an account linking problem.The players Trustly account and player accounts need to be linked
