Delayed cash out casino not responding

I requested initially a cashout on 7 August 2023, which was rejected after 24 h without any reason.

After following up, I was told that the casino stopped processing cashouts to credit cards.

I requested a cashout to a bank account. After 24 hours the cashout is still not processed. I followed up - the casino representative has been vague and evasive
