Closed account and confiscated over €1,000 with no valid reason


Hello.
I made an account with them early this year. I managed to make my 200€ deposit to around 1000€. I did not take any bonuses or violated their rules. On 13.2.2018 I made my first withdrawal of around 290€, they asked my documents to verify my account. I sent them and they were accepted, then after a couple of days I tried to log in to my account, but it was blocked. I sent an email to their support to ask what was the issue. They did not give me any exact answer. They said (and this was the last info from them):
"We are actually processing to a verification of your account, the support will get back to us very soon and we'll be in touch with you as soon as we get more informations. Otherwise, please consider that we decided to close the account for some reasons".
Especially the last sentence is quite ridiculous "we decided to close the account for some reasons". I find this a very rude and rogue behavior from an online casino. They have had their gaming license terminated from Kahnawake Gaming Commission on 20.9.2017 (this came to my attention as I tried to seek help from them) and I tried to ask, who their licensor is but no answer from them.
Hopefully you could help me with this issue as +1000€ is a big money to be lost.
